UTA Neutralizer is especially formulated to be effective for the pre-treatment of urine contamination on carpet, upholstery, mattresses and most soft surfaces. It neutralizes and dissolves alkaline salt residues that build up from pet accidents and other urine contamination. UTA enhances the performance of and speeds up the deodorizing process when used before applying an enzyme treatment.
